We offer samples of our wedding invitations for a low price and encourage you to order one before purchasing personalized items. It is very likely that the colors presented on your computer monitor are slightly different than the actual printed color of the invitation. The only way to see the actual colors is to order a sample. Ordering a sample will also enable you to touch and feel the stationery to ensure that you like the paper it is printed on.
Proofing Process for Custom Stationery
After you place your order, we will combine your chosen design with your wording and prepare a proof for you to review. The proof will be an Adobe PDF file and will be sent to you via email. Once you email us back with your approval of this proof, we will proceed and print your order. If you notice typos, grammar mistakes or any order problems with the text, you can submit them to us and we will be happy to provide you with a revised proof. However if you would like to make changes to the design, including revising the fonts, colors or design motifs, we can do so for an additional charge of $30.
Turnaround Time for Flat Printed Custom Stationery
The turnaround time for your order will be approximately 5-7 business days but may vary if you require additional proofs or several days to review and approve the proof.
All orders shipped to a California destination will be charges sales taxes. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of California will not be charges sales tax.
We offer samples at a low price and encourage you to order one so that you can touch and feel the paper and view the actual ink colors. We do not accept returns of samples. All sales are final.
If we make a mistake
While we strive for excellence in our production process, from time to time our staff may make a mistake. If your final order differs from the proof you approved, we will gladly reprint the order. Please contact us at (877) 232-9549 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you a label for returning your package and work with you to replace it with the correct order.
If you change your mind
All our stationery items are customized and printed specifically for you.
We can ship our custom stationary to the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada using UPS Ground. Delivery time in the United States ranges from 1-6 days depending on your distance from Los Angeles. The map below provides approximate transit times.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and your shipping zip code. You may view the shipping rate for your order by selecting the products you would like to purchase and entering your shipping zip code in the appropriate field in the shopping cart.
We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a street address.
If your shipping destination is within the United States and you would like expedited shipping, please let us know and will quote you a rate.
Tracking UPS orders
Once we ship your order, you will be notified by email and we will send you a link to the UPS website along with your tracking number.
If you live outside the United States or Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will work with you to determine the appropriate shipping price.
Samples are sent for free using the US Postal Service. We will mail samples to any country in the world.
Canadian Duties, Taxes, & Brokerage Fees
Certain purchases shipped to Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, & brokerage fees. Wine Country Occasions is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with a shipment nor are we familiar with import regulations and will not be responsible for fees or damages associated with noncompliance. These charges will be assessed and collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Please note, refused orders will be charged merchandise and freight charges.
Terms of Shipment
For ALL shipments, please note, that orders become your possession once they leave our warehouse. Any issues that may arise from damages, refused goods, incorrect addresses, delays (including weather or natural disaster delays), human error, and Canadian customs become your responsibility. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party.
