Samples
We offer samples of our save the date cards and wedding invitations for a low price and encourage you to order one before purchasing personalized items. It is very likely that the colors presented on your computer monitor are slightly different than the actual printed color of the stationery. The only way to see the actual colors is to order a sample. Ordering a sample will also enable you to touch and feel the stationery to ensure that you like the paper it is printed on.
Proofing Process for Custom Stationery
After you place your order, we will combine your chosen design with your wording and prepare a proof for you to review. The proof will be an Adobe PDF file and will be sent to you via email. Once you email us back with your approval of this proof, we will proceed and print your order. If you notice typos, grammar mistakes or any order problems with the text, you can submit them to us and we will be happy to provide you with a revised proof. However if you would like to make changes to the design, including revising the fonts, colors or design motifs, we can do so for an additional charge of $30.
Turnaround Time for Flat Printed Custom Stationery
The turnaround time for your order will be approximately 5 business days but may vary if you require additional proofs or several days to review and approve the proof.
- Your proof will be sent to you via email within 2 business days after you place your order. If you require edits to this proof, we will need an additional 1-2 business days to send you the second proof.
- Flat Printed custom stationery ships within 5 business days after you approve your proof.
- Samples are shipped within one business day.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to purchases made by residents of California.
Return Policy
Samples
We offer samples at a low price and encourage you to order one so that you can touch and feel the paper and view the actual ink colors. We do not accept returns of samples. All sales are final.
If we make a mistake
While we strive for excellence in our production process, from time to time our staff may make a mistake. If your final order differs from the proof you approved, we will gladly reprint the order. Please contact us at (877) 232-9549 or info@winecountryoccasions.com upon receiving your order. We will provide you a label for returning your package and work with you to replace it with the correct order.
If you change your mind
All our stationery items are customized and printed specifically for you.
- If you change your mind before receiving your proof, we will refund your order completely. Please contact us immediately at (877) 232-9549 or info@winecountryoccasions.com to request a refund and provide us with your order number.
- If you change your mind after we have created and sent you your first proof, we will charge your credit card $30 for each customized item and cancel your order.
- If we do not hear from you within 30 days of sending you your first proof, we will charge your credit card $30 for each customized item and cancel your order.
Once you approve your proof, we will proceed with printing your order. At that point all sales are final.
Shipping
We use UPS Ground service for shipping orders in the United States and UPS Standard for shipping to Canada. Delivery time in the United States ranges from 1-6 days depending on your distance from Los Angeles. The map below provides approximate transit times.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and your shipping zip code. You may view the shipping rate for your order by selecting the products you would like to purchase and entering your shipping zip code in the appropriate field in the shopping cart. UPS does not ship to post office boxes. Please use a street address.
Expedited Shipping
If you live in the United States and would like expedited shipping, please let us know and will quote you a rate.
Tracking UPS orders
Once we ship your order, you will be notified by email and we will send you a link to the UPS website along with your tracking number.
U.S. Military Postal Addresses
We ship to APO and FPO addresses using US Priority Mail and charge the flat fee box rate of $10.95.
International Orders
If you live outside the United States or Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@winecountryoccasions.com. We will work with you to determine the appropriate shipping price.
Shipping Samples
Samples are sent for free using the US Postal Service. We will mail samples to any country in the world. |
